Minor to moderate coastal flooding occurred due to the combined of seasonally high King Tides and strong onshore flow around a local Nor'Easter that was offshore of the SE Atlantic coast. A high risk of rip currents with a high surf for the NE FL coast was in effect with breakers of up to 7 feet mainly from St. Augustine southward.
