A weak atmospheric river brought widespread precipitation and mountain snow to Southern California ahead of a storm system. Moisture transport with the atmospheric river was 200-300 IVT. At the start of the atmospheric river (warm sector), snow levels were 7000 feet, then once the cold front passed through, snow levels lowered to 5700 feet.
