A slow moving low pressure system positioned over Tennessee and Kentucky caused multiple heavy bands of rain to move into southeast Ohio through the majority of the work week. These rounds of showers led to rainfall amounts of two to three inches across this portion of the state, with the ground already saturated due to antecedent rain from days prior.
