The very stormy weather pattern of March slowly began to change by mid-month. The widespread record-setting rainfall events seen in March were responsible for much of the flooding on the Little Wabash River in April. Rainfall was still above normal for April, but excessive rainfall was confined to a few locations where storms trained.
