Thunderstorms with heavy rain repeatedly moved across portions of north-central Wisconsin during the morning and early afternoon of July 14th. These storms produced rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches across the northern portions of Clark County. This resulted in some flash flooding occuring with a few roads covered by water near Dorchester and Longwood. The highest reported rainfall total was 4.5 inches in Withee.
