A cold front slowly crossed through on September 3rd with several rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Several counties in southeast Ohio were vulnerable to flooding due to already saturated soils from rain that had fallen over the past few days. This led to water on the roadways in both Athens and Vinton Counties.
