Scattered thunderstorms developed in a moderate CAPE/weak shear environment during the early evening hours of July 8, 2020. A multi-cell cluster produced wind damage in Sullivan County, and few pulse storms produced wind damage in the Susquehanna Valley. ||Slow moving thunderstorms also brought isolated flash flooding to Somerset and York Counties.
