A strong storm system passed well to the west of southern New England on November 30th and early on December 1st. Strong to damaging wind gusts occurred on November 30th and the entire state of Rhode Island received between 2.20 and 3.78 inches of rain. This led to street flooding, just after midnight on December 1st.
