A weak front was stalled near the I-10 corridor, and a weak surface low developed on the boundary in the NE Gulf of Mexico. Small waves of mid level energy rotated around the east side of the low across the local area and combined with precipitable water of well over 2 inches, locally heavy rainfall developed with localized flooding across the Suwannee River Valley.
