Bands of moderate to heavy rainfall set up across areas north of Interstate 90 during the afternoon and evening hours on Thursday, July 29, 2021 north of a warm front and area of low pressure. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell which resulted in several reports of flash flooding. In addition, a few stronger thunderstorms produced some damaging winds, downing trees and power lines. The areas hardest hit from these storms were across Saratoga and Washington counties including the towns of Argyle
