Scattered showers and storms developed in a warm, humid airmass with moderate CAPE and shear ahead of an approaching cold front on September 15, 2021. One particularly strong storm produced widespread wind damage in Centre County, with isolated reports of wind damage elsewhere. Another storm brought flash flooding to Sullivan County near LaPorte.
