A strong early season storm brought record setting rainfall, flooding, strong winds, and mountain snow to interior Northern California from October 23rd through 26th. Widespread impacts were reported including: downed trees and powerlines, flooding, power outages, and closed roadways. All time record high calendar day rainfall amounts were recorded at Sacramento City of 5.44 inches, 5.41 inches at Sacramento Executive Airport, 10.40 inches at Blue Canyon.
