Monroeton on the Towanda Creek went over its flood stage of 13 feet at 9:45 PM on November 29th. The river crested at 15.74 feet at 12:30 AM on the 30th before falling back below flood stage at 7:29 AM also on the 30th. This was the fourth highest river stage on record.
