A nearly stationary front sagged slowly southeast across the region from the 1st to the 4th. Heavy rainfall on the 2nd was followed by snow and sleet on the 3rd and 4th. Rainfall totals and liquid water equivalents during this time totaled between 2 and 3 inches. Some minor river flooding ensued on the Ohio River.
