Low level moisture was plentiful across northern Arizona with surface dewpoints in the 50s to low 60s. Instability was highest along/south of the Mogollon Rim, with mean MUCAPE from HREF at 1000-1500 J/kg in Yavapai County in the afternoon. General storm motion toward was to the east at 10-15 MPH with light low level flow.
