A couple rounds of showers and thunderstorms resulted in heavy rain and flooding as well as some damaging wind reports (downed trees and powerlines) across eastern New York on September 13, 2022. Generally, one to three inches of rain fell across eastern New York with the heaviest amounts located over portions of Albany, Columbia, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schoharie and Washington counties.
