A band of rainfall developed on the morning of the 25th and continued to move over the same areas during the day. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches fell across areas east of Springfield along and either side of a Branson to Salem line. Flooding of low water crossings and creeks and rivers occurred and lasted into the 26th.
