Flash Flood — Fall River, SD

Between two and a half and three inches of rain fell over Shep's and Alabaugh Canyons southwest of Hot Springs. A section of Shep's Canyon Road was washed out, several culverts were damaged, and trees fell across roads near Angostura Reservoir. Significant flooding was reported near Cascade Springs.
