Heavy Rain

Slow moving showers and thunderstorms amidst weak flow aloft resulted in flooding and flash flooding across portions of Montgomery County, Maryland. Localized rainfall totals of two to four inches in about 90 minutes were observed in portions of the county near the Potomac River towards I-270.
