At 124 PM EDT on 17th, road flooding was reported 2 miles west of Pittsburgh. At 2 PM, Wexford flooded. At 218 PM, roads flooded in Oakdale. By 315 PM, Springdale Boro flooded; and Wexford had 4.5" of rain. .
