Tropical Storm Hanna brought heavy rain throughout eastern Pennsylvania and strong winds in southeastern Pennsylvania as well as some minor tidal flooding along the lower Delaware River on the 6th. Rain moved into the region during the second half of the morning, fell heavy at times during the afternoon and early evening and ended by the late evening.
