A large surge of water and ice moving down the Yukon River produced minor flooding at Anvik. Water levels started to rise at about 8:30 pm on the 16th, and water was covering Front Street in the village. Two homes had basement flooding. The water levels remained high through the 18th, and then began to recede on 19th. No information available on property damage, an estimate is guessed at $2000.
