A cold front stalled along the Interstate 20 corridor and served as a focus for afternoon thunderstorm development. One storm became severe south of the city of Weatherford producing nickel size hail and downburst winds. Flash Flooding was also reported in Sulphur Springs, where several water rescues were performed.
