Yet another very wet weather system was moving across Georgia. An upper trough in the central U.S. was shifting slowly east. A surface low pressure system was moving east-northeast along the eastern Gulf Coast and across north Florida. Ample moisture and dynamics combined to bring another round of moderate to heavy rain to north and central Georgia.
