Flash Flood — Iberia, LA

A small tropical low moved inland along the south central Louisiana coast from late in the evening hours on July 5 into the early morning hours of July 6, then continued northwest across southwest Louisiana into east Texas from July 7 into July 8. This system produced heavy rainfall and flash flooding across south central Louisiana, and minor coastal flooding along the southern Louisiana coast.
