Several more rounds of showers and thunderstorms moved through southeast Ohio from Friday the 22nd into Sunday the 24th. This time the heaviest rains were a bit further south. The counties of Gallia and Lawrence were hit the hardest. For example, the cooperative observer at Waterloo measured 1.9 inches at dawn on the 23rd and another 1.67 inches at dawn on the 24th.
