A stationary front located through northern New Hampshire provided a focus for showers and thunderstorms to develop. Due to the slow movement of the storms rainfall rates were high resulting in flash flooding. Several feet of water flooded North Littleton Road in Littleton and 4 homes were evacuated due to concerns over the Dells Pond Dam. Route 135 between Lancaster and Littleton was damaged.
