After receiving about a half inch of rain on the morning of the 24th, more showers and thunderstorms reached southeast Ohio during the predawn hours on the 25th. As the line of showers and thunderstorms sagged slowly south, the individual cells were moving west to east and training over portions of northern Athens, southern Morgan, and western Washington Counties.
