The remnants of Tropical Storm Lee that interacted with a stalled frontal boundary produced several days with periods of heavy rain across the Maryland Eastern Shore from the 5th into the 9th. Event precipitation totals averaged 2 to 5 inches with the highest amounts in Cecil County.
