Flooding rainfall continued to spread across the region on July 9th as the upper trough of low pressure remained parked across our region. Plentiful moisture combined with daytime heating allowed for scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms across southeast Oklahoma, southwest Arkansas, northwest Louisiana and northeast Texas resulting in flood producing rainfall.
