During the morning of January 30th, a convective line of showers formed along a pre-frontal surface trough and intensified as it moved east at 50 MPH. While only isolated thunderstorms occurred, the line produced convective wind damage across portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. The highest measured wind gusts were 67 MPH at Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in Latrobe, and 62 MPH at the Wheeling, WV airport. Heavy rainfall with this system caused some flooding of roadways o
