Doppler Radar estimates of 3 to 4 inches of rain fell over southern Crawford and central Richland Counties between 830 PM and 1130 PM with rainfall rates as much as 4.8/hr around 930 PM. This excessive rainfall led to flash flooding in the hardest hit communities of Galion and Mansfield.
