Flash Flood — Gwinnett, GA

The front that approached the Southeast on the 10th remained stationary across north Georgia early on the 12th, but began to drift south during the day. The axis of deep tropical moisture remained over portions of Georgia, and once again showers and thunderstorms developed during the afternoon. Several of these became severe with mainly trees down, though there was one report of severe hail. One thunderstorm also produced flash flooding in north Georgia.
