Clusters of thunderstorms developed along an occluded front lifting through southern Wisconsin during the afternoon and early evening hours of October 5th. Very heavy rain and flash flooding occurred over southeast Wisconsin. Over south central Wisconsin, a thunderstorm produced an EF0 tornado in Marquette County.
