Slow moving thunderstorms dropped several inches of rain on already saturated ground. In Wyoming County, Route 19 was closed while portions of Saltvale Road between Wyoming an d Warsaw was mud- and water-covered. In Naples, Ontario County, Griesa Hill and Oakly Roads were flooded while Parish Road had its bank and shoulder washed out.
