Heavy rain continued to spread westward during the morning of Oct 23 into the Texas Hill Country and Edwards Plateau. Rainfall accumulating at up to 2 inches per hour in the storms quickly produced general half-inch amounts with widespread 2 to 3 inch amounts and isolated totals of up to 6 inches in central Kerr County and eastern Real County.
