A combination of snowmelt, rainfall and local ice jams resulted in the Otter Creek exceeding it's flood stage. High water in and around the towns of Brandon and Pittsford resulted in the closure of a few local roads. The river gage in Center Rutland exceeded it's flood stage during this time period.
