Low pressure moved across Pennsylvania and spread showers and embedded thunderstorms across the western southern tier. In parts of Allegany County, two- to two-and-a-half-inches of rain fell in a short time period. In Cuba, Elm street was inundated by water and closed. At the Cuba Elementary School, the parking lot was also flooded.
