Doppler radar estimated between three and four inches of rain fell between Bakersfield, Tecumseh, and Caulfield in two hours. The flood water caused several homes in the Bakersfield area to flood. Also the intersection of Highway O & 101 was impassable for several hours near Bakersfield. In Howell County, several low water crossings in the southwest part of the county were flooded and impassable for several hours.
