The slow moving tropical wave dumped heavy rains for the second night in a row over the Heartland counties of Brown and Coleman counties. Some reports of up to 10 inches in the two day period were noted in these areas. During the late afternoon and early evening, scattered thunderstorms developed in the Concho Valley.
