Many roads were flooded. Numerous basements were flooded, and one wastewater treatment plant overflowed. Motorists were stranded in Crawfordsville in Montgomery county as well as along US Highway 136 in Covington in Warren county. Three culverts were washed out in Williamsport in Warren county, and railroad tracks were damaged in Crawfordsville.
