Flash Flood — Ozark, MO

Aug 13, 2002

Three to four inches of rain fell over portions of southern Webster County where over two feet of water was flowing over Highway YY, along the James River. Over four inches of rain fell in northern Ozark County where Highway Z and tributaries of the North Fork of the White River flooded. Also, law enforcement officers reported street flooding in Gainesville where a local laundry mat had water damage. The flood water also approached a local mobile home park but no evacuations occurred.
