Thunderstorms with very heavy downpours produced flash flooding in the Lehigh Valley and far southeast Pennsylvania during the afternoon and evening of the 14th. There were a couple of corridors of very heavy rain: one across the lower Lehigh Valley, a second across central Montgomery and Bucks Counties and the third and heaviest along the Delaware River in Philadelphia and Bucks Counties.
