Heavy rainfall up to 4.40 inches fell at Deering and 4.75 inches reported just west of Upham. Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad track was under water near Deering. A foot of water rushing over some county roads washing out some gravel ones...especially south and west of Granville.
