Tremendous rainfall associated with thunderstorms moving through northern New Hampshire caused many culverts to wash out. Radar estimates of over 5 inches of rain in 3 hours in Columbia, Colebrook and Kidderville damaged many roads. Golf Links Road, and Bungy Road were all damaged. A person in Colebrook had a 5 gallon pail in his yard that was half filled in just 2 hours.
