Flash Flood — Baltimore, MD

A cold front, along with an area of low pressure, moved across Central and Eastern Maryland late on June 2. The weather system brought moisture from the Atlantic Ocean and spread locally heavy rains across the area. Several instances of flash flooding occurred in the area due to this weather system.
