The Susquehanna River rose to the flood stage of 15.5 feet Tuesday June 27th at 9:45 pm EDT. The river continued to rise above the moderate inundation stage of 18.5 feet Tuesday June 27th at 11:46 pm EDT. The river rose above the major inundation level of 20.50 feet Wednesday June 28th at 12:45 am EDT. The first crest was 23.72 feet on June 28th at 1:00 pm EDT, and the second crest was 24.27 feet.
