Flooding near Brinnon on the Duckabush river caused damage. ||Both Fire District 2 (Quilcene Fire Rescue) and Fire District 4 (Brinnon Fire Department) conducted multiple rescues of flood-stranded residents and carried out emergency sandbagging operations at several locations. At one point a joint agency swift water rescue team was dispatched to assist with the rescue of a family trapped in rising waters inside their home.
