Steady rain began during the morning on the 10th. The rain was associated with a warm front. The rain increased during the late afternoon and evening hours over north central counties. Rainfall totals were beginning to exceed an inch. Several small streams were still running well above normal before the rain even began.||Minor flooding along small streams occurred in the usual flood prone areas along roads during the morning hours on the 11th.
