Two inches of rain in 1 to 2 hours caused flooding that was mainly concentrated along Symmes and Little Guyan Creeks in the eastern part of the county. Seven mobile homes and 8 low income houses were destroyed. About 30 familes were affected. The Scottown Post Office was also flooded.
